• Answer telephones, take messages, direct calls to the appropriate specialist, and perform data entry using Colleague.
• Handle mail sorting, photocopying, and general office tasks.
• Provide desktop support to users unable to print or login to email; assist with configuring and imaging PCs; setup on Windows and Mac OS.
