Qualifications

• Associate degree in information technology, networking, cybersecurity, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience administering enterprise network technologies.
• Experience administering firewalls, wireless networks, switches, or other network infrastructure.
• Understanding of contemporary cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex network and infrastructure problems.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the College's network environment and FortiGate firewall environment.
• Maintain network diagrams, inventories, configurations, and documentation.
• Monitor network capacity and security; plan improvements and lifecycle activities.
• Lead cybersecurity operations and incident response; coordinate remediation actions.
• Support physical security systems and network-connected operational technologies.
