Responsibilities

• Answers the IT technical support phone line and creates work orders for users.
• Resolves login issues and password resets for computers/networks.
• Responds to basic application support questions and general user inquiries.
• Checks in/out hardware on loan and logs information in the inventory system.
• Creates end-user documentation to aid in support.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
