RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Field Service Analyst III to deliver advanced desktop and technical support for our end-user community. You will collaborate with Field Service leadership to ensure reliable technology operations and outstanding customer service.

The role involves troubleshooting a range of hardware and software issues, mentoring junior staff, and assisting with asset and license management across New Jersey facilities.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience supporting a large organization in a desktop support role.
• Experience working within a healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware, software, mobile devices, telecommunications, and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and technical support to RWJBarnabas Health end-user community.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, mobile device, telecommunications, and networking issues; escalate when necessary.
• Perform advanced hardware repair procedures on desktops and laptops.
• Support day-to-day maintenance and health of PCs and related technology.
• Collect, monitor, and analyze KPI data with Field Service Manager.
• Assist with asset management and software license management activities.
• Upgrade and evaluate PCs, researching hardware and software solutions.
• Coach, mentor, and provide technical guidance to Field Service Analysts.
