Qualifications

• 5+ years in systems administration and IT infrastructure operations.
• Bachelor’s degree required in CS/IT or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and enterprise identity management.
• Strong leadership and vendor management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide director-level leadership for reliable, secure IT operations campus‑wide.
• Translate institutional goals into technology roadmaps and service outcomes.
• Manage budgets, renewals, licensing, and infrastructure refresh cycles.
• Oversee network, server, cloud, endpoint, and enterprise systems environments.
• Lead cybersecurity readiness, incident response, and policy compliance.
• Supervise and develop Computer Services staff and coordinate with vendors.
