Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of Christ-centered, competitive, and academic excellence for student athletes.
• Provide strategic leadership for the athletics department and collaborate across campus.
• Achieve Athletics Department KPIs including enrollment targets, net revenue goals, and discount rate goals.
• Collaborate with offices on enrollment management and scholarship strategies.
• Oversee athletics department budget with sound stewardship and fiscal responsibility.
• Hire, supervise and evaluate all full and part-time employees including coaching and administrative staff.
• Represent HLGU at American Midwest Conference and NAIA National Meetings.
