Christ Covenant Church and Covenant Day School are seeking a Technology Director to lead strategy and execution across the campus. Qualifications

• Significant IT experience with strong network administration and infrastructure experience.
• Experience with Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and cloud technology.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating other technology professionals.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate technology needs with organizational priorities and propose secure, sustainable solutions.
• Oversee network administration and infrastructure support (switches, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, VPN, VLANs).
• Lead and develop the technology team; set priorities and foster collaboration.
• Maintain security, reliability, and performance of core systems and network.
• Manage servers, M365, AD/Entra ID, cloud services, endpoints; provide escalation support.
• Coordinate with vendors and campus security for complex issues and projects.
• Support instructional technology and faculty/staff technology needs.
• Administer help desk, tickets, remote support, and outages communications.
• Lead technology projects from planning through implementation and testing.
• Oversee asset management, procurement, deployment, and retirement.
• Establish cybersecurity, backup, access control, and documentation practices.
• Mentor team members and attend leadership meetings; ensure service excellence.
• Respond to major outages; evenings/weekends may be required.
