Christ Covenant Church & Covenant Day School is seeking a Technology Director to lead technology strategy and hands‑on work across campus. The role focuses on network administration, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and core systems while guiding two additional staff members.

You will collaborate with school and church leaders to ensure technology supports teaching, ministry, and daily operations, and you’ll manage incidents and planned updates with a servant‑m minded leadership approach.

Formación

• Significant IT experience with strong network administration and infrastructure experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, wireless, VPNs, firewalls, security).
• Experience with Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, endpoint management, and cloud technology.
• Collaborative customer service approach to support campus staff, faculty, and students.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate technology needs with organizational priorities and recommend secure, sustainable solutions.
• Oversee network administration and infrastructure, including switches, wireless APs, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and connectivity.
• Lead, develop, and support the technology team and foster collaboration.
• Ensure security, reliability, and performance of core technology infrastructure.
• Manage servers, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, cloud services, and endpoints.
• Provide escalation support and coordinate with third-party vendors for complex issues.
• Partner with educational technology leaders to support instructional tech and classroom needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage help desk / ticketing system.
