Christ Covenant Church and Covenant Day School are seeking a Technology Director to lead technology strategy and hands-on operations across campus. This role covers network administration, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and core systems, reporting to church administration leadership.

Competenze

• Significant IT experience with strong network administration and infrastructure experience.
• Solid knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs) and security.
• Experience with Windows environments, Microsoft 365, AD/Entra ID, and cloud tech.
• Collaborative customer service approach for campus staff, faculty, and students.

• Evaluate technology needs with leadership and propose secure, sustainable, mission-aligned solutions.
• Oversee network/infrastructure, switches, wireless, firewalls, VPN, VLANs, and connectivity.
• Lead, develop, and support the technology team with priorities and collaboration.
• Maintain security, reliability, and performance of core tech infrastructure.
• Manage servers, 365, AD/Entra ID, cloud services, endpoints, and other platforms.
• Provide escalation support and coordinate with third-party IT vendors.
• Support instructional technology and classroom needs with educational leaders.
• Administer help desk, ticketing, and remote-support tools; ensure timely resolution.
• Lead campus tech projects from planning to implementation and vendor management.
• Oversee asset management, procurement, deployment, and retirement.
• Establish cybersecurity, backup, access control, and documentation practices.
• Coach and mentor staff; participate in leadership discussions; foster teamwork.
