Collegis Education supports Missouri Baptist University by providing on-site IT services, including user support, AV setup, and systems troubleshooting. The IT Support Specialist handles Windows/Mac environments, AD, M365, and AV equipment to ensure reliable services for students, faculty, and staff.

The role emphasizes professional communication, documentation of troubleshooting steps, and adherence to security policies, with after-hours support as needed.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting Windows and Mac in a campus or corporate environment.
• Experience with Active Directory and Office 365/Exchange.
• Experience with desktop imaging tools (SCCM/WinPE preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Two-year degree or higher preferred; equivalent work experience considered.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on technology support to students, faculty, and staff.
• Maintain and troubleshoot end-user devices and AV systems.
• Document troubleshooting steps and ensure issues are resolved.
• Support Windows Active Directory, M365, and Exchange accounts.
• Coordinate with Network, Server, and other IT teams as needed.
