You will engage campus partners, student organizations, and Towne leaders to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future openings. The role emphasizes relationship-building, data-driven sourcing, and collaboration with recruiters to align talent strategy with Towne’s needs.

Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Certification in sourcing (e.g., AIRS/CIR) is a plus, though not required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sourcing and building robust candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
• Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and student organizations.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to identify internal talent and mobility opportunities.
• Maintain and grow a CRM of prospective candidates for future hiring needs.
• Represent Towne at campus events to promote open positions and Towne’s culture.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to align sourcing with open requisitions.
• Track and report sourcing metrics such as pipeline health and program participation.
