Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, incl. salaried/management roles.
• Proven leadership of recruiters and advising senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of recruiters focused on management hiring across regions.
• Forecast leadership needs with regional leaders and translate into proactive plans.
• Oversee end-to-end leadership searches, including confidential searches and succession planning.
• Own structured interview guides and debriefs aligned with leadership capabilities.
• Analyze and report hiring metrics to senior leadership.
