Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sourcing, recruiting or campus recruiting experience.
• Experience in hospitality, healthcare, commercial real estate or another multi-site service industry preferred.
• Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills; able to engage external candidates and internal associates as trusted connections.

Responsibilities

• Proactive Sourcing & Pipeline Development across channels to build ready talent pools.
• Campus & Early-Career Relationship Building with colleges, universities, and student organizations.
• Internal Mobility & Talent Pipelines: Engage internal talent for open roles and advocate growth.
• Talent Community & Database Management: Maintain and grow talent pool and CRM.
