Job summary

Evangel University seeks a Campus HVAC Technician to perform maintenance, repair and installation of HVAC and mechanical systems across campus buildings. Reports to the HVAC supervisor; on-call after hours with flex time.

Hours are 8am-4:30pm, starting immediately; requires 2+ years experience, valid MO license, and willingness to participate in background check. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience servicing and repairing commercial HVAC systems.
• Valid MO driver's license
• Background check required
• Experience with VRF, DOAS, Boiler and Chiller systems preferred.
• Experience in HVAC controls and software systems preferred.
• Must be dependable, detail oriented, self-motivating, possess excellent customer service skills.
• Campus work truck and tools will be provided.

Responsibilities

• This position involves comprehensive maintenance, repair and installation of HVAC and mechanical equipment in all university buildings.
• The technician will monitor, troubleshoot and repair control systems and provide customer training on the safe operation of HVAC equipment.
