Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains and repairs HVAC/R and refrigeration components on campus.
• Reads layouts, provides material labor estimates, orders materials, translates prints.
• Maintains records of materials used and time spent on assignments.
• Uses Building Automation systems for monitoring and troubleshooting; attends related training.
• Coordinates with other trade shops and departments; works with diverse campus community.
• Maintains sensors, thermostats, controllers, valves, actuators and HVAC/R control equipment.
• Reviews project plans to meet goals and objectives.
