Qualifications

• EPA 608 Universal Certification required within one year.
• Valid Florida Driver's License.
• HVAC Technician Certification.
• Training in Trane Controls and Trane BAS within one year of hire.
• Experience with Building Automation Systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor BAS and adjust to match building requirements.
• Maintain mechanical systems for safe, efficient operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance per manufacturer recommendations.
• Inspect, replace worn parts and repair systems.
• Read blueprints to route HVAC systems and troubleshoot.
• Keep logs of readings, hours and materials.
