Job summary

GEODIS is seeking an HR professional to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage end-to-end HR processes in North Las Vegas, NV. You will recruit, interview, onboard, and support employees while guiding managers on performance, safety, and policy matters.

You will also handle salary administration and benefits programs, contribute to employee relations, and produce accurate HR reports for regulatory purposes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in human resources with compliance focus.
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding and employee relations.
• Familiarity with government reporting and HR metrics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with labor laws and reporting requirements.
• Recruit, interview, test, and hire employees for open positions.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation.
• Track HR transactions and prepare reports for government filing.
• Train managers on interviewing, hiring, performance reviews, and safety.
