Job summary

The Housing Operations Manager at MCPHS oversees all housing operations for the Boston and Worcester campuses. Based on campus, this full-time role leads assignments, occupancy, key management, and opening/closing logistics.

Reporting to the Director of Residence Life, the position blends on-site work 4 days/week with one remote day and requires strong data skills, cross-campus collaboration, and privacy discipline in handling resident information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Higher Education or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least two years of post-graduate experience in college residential living environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Adirondack or related housing management systems.
• Ability to manipulate large data sets in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain privacy of student information.

Responsibilities

• Lead housing assignments and occupancy management for MCPHS Boston and Worcester campuses.
• Oversee room selection, room changes, and move-in/move-out processes.
• Develop and distribute housing communications to students, families, and campus partners.
• Maintain housing data integrity across university systems through audits and QA processes.
• Collaborate with campus partners (SFS, Registrar, Admissions, OSAA) on housing operations.
• Develop predictive reporting on occupancy, deposits, and future demand.
• Oversee housing-related key inventory and access controls.
