Qualifications

• 3+ years of increasing responsibility in residential life or housing operations.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Area Coordinators and Graduate Resident Directors, and oversee Resident Advisors.
• Oversee break housing, room changes, and key management across housing systems.
• Coordinate summer housing, staff trainings, and dining/meal plan processes.
• Serve on emergency response team and on-call rotation; participate in college committees.
• Support housing placement, openings/closings, and policy/billing processes.
