Job summary

Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS) is seeking a Housing Operations Manager to oversee all housing operations for the Boston and Worcester campuses. The role leads housing assignments, occupancy management, key control, and opening/closing procedures.

The position is full-time and hybrid, based in Boston with on-campus work four days a week and one remote day. A Bachelor's degree in Higher Education or related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred, with 2+

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Higher Education or related field; Masters preferred.
• 2+ years of post-graduate experience in college residential living environments and in facilitating technical administrative processes.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience with housing software (Adirondack or related housing management systems).
• Demonstrated experience with efficiently and accurately manipulating large data sets in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrator for Adirondack housing software and housing assignments for Boston and Worcester.
• Develop, coordinate, and distribute housing communications to students, families, and campus partners.
• Ensure data integrity across university systems through audits and QA processes.
• Manage room changes, key exchange, and update databases accordingly.
• Maintain rosters, room inventory, and occupancy reports for all residential buildings.
• Collaborate with campus partners such as SFS, OSAA, Admissions, Registrar.
• Oversee full residential key inventory, processing lost keys and move-in/out keys.
• Develop historical and predictive reporting related to occupancy, deposits, and demand.
