Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience accepted if minimum years of experience are met.
• Experience in health care office settings and knowledge of insurance terminology is preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, cancel and confirm in-person and telehealth appointments across clinics.
• Verify patient demographics, insurance, and filing status at check-in and collect co-pays.
• Post payments and receipts; perform daily cash reconciliation and till reporting.
• Handle PHI release requests and manage health records with accuracy.
• Provide backup support for merging records and running daily reports.
