Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and families in person or on the phone, scheduling services and coordinating with providers.
• Registers patients with accurate demographic, insurance, and financial information; creates accounts as needed.
• Completes patient registration/admissions paperwork and verifies required forms and signatures.
• Performs insurance verification and notifies admissions with the insurance company within required timeframes.
• Provides excellent customer service, explains financial obligations, and assists with payment arrangements and financial counseling.
