Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced grill cook for the Morrow, GA campus at Clayton State University. You will join a fast-paced kitchen team to prepare and plate high-quality meals in a scratch-cooking environment.

As a full-time onsite cook, you’ll focus on quality, portion control, and food safety while delivering great service to students and staff. This role offers growth in a collegiate dining program with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least one year's prior culinary experience in a quality and high-volume establishment with an emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools as well as identify and differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
