Commonwealth of VA Careers is seeking a Front Desk Attendant for the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg. The role targets freshmen and sophomores and focuses on greeting visitors, assisting with office tasks, and learning how SAE events operate.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and be available for Monday–Friday shifts between 10 AM and 5 PM. Current UMW students preferred.

Competenze

• General computer skills and confident in communication with others.
• Understanding of UMW processes and general information.

Mansioni

• Assist with day-to-day office functions and learn how SAE events operate.
• Serve as first point of contact for visitors and answer questions about events, clubs and UMW information.
• Coordinate equipment rentals for clubs and organizations and maintain supplies inventory.
