Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC represents SpaceX Starlink in local campuses and communities. You will run a hands-on field program with door-to-door outreach, build awareness, and drive activations while balancing a part-time schedule around classes.

You will receive paid training, coaching and a base hourly rate with commissions for activations and referrals. Strong performers may expand into spring campus lead opportunities and growth within the program.

Qualifications

• You are a student enrolled in school with 15–25 weekly hours around classes.
• Have a reliable vehicle, valid license and a smartphone; rural territories require dependable transport.
• No prior sales experience required; ambitious, coachable and eager to learn.
• Self-motivated with a manager, training and clear territory guidance.

Responsibilities

• Own your campus or community territory, plan routes and track outreach activities.
• Initiate conversations via door-to-door outreach and explain Starlink offerings.
• Help recruit and coordinate local volunteers, events, and partnerships when possible.
• Log activities, sales, hours and mileage in Mosaic’s field app; report to regional managers.
• Turn conversations into activations and engage neighbors, families and referrals.
