Job summary

SpaceX, represented on behalf of Mosaic North America, seeks a Student Business Development Team Lead for the Starlink program. This part-time role focuses on sales, lead generation, community outreach, and team coordination on campus or in the territory.

You will build conversations, start conversations in the community, and help families explore high-speed connectivity, with paid training and potential for commissions.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student and able to work 15–25 hours weekly around classes.
• Own a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and a smartphone.
• No prior sales required; motivated, coachable, and personable.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory with campus neighborhoods and plan routes.
• Engage residents through door-to-door outreach and explain Starlink offerings.
• Help with events, partnerships, and referrals to expand reach.
• Log activity, sales, and mileage in Mosaic's field app; report to RM.
• Receive coaching and feedback to improve performance.
