Job summary

Uplift Education is seeking a Family Engagement Coordinator to drive campus engagement, enrollment, and family communications. You will partner with campus leadership to plan events, train staff, and support the Parent Volunteer program across the Dallas area.

The role emphasizes proactive family interactions, data-driven retention efforts, and ongoing collaboration with academic teams to foster family belonging and scholar success.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; relevant work experience may substitute.
• Experience: Prior Uplift campus experience or familiarity with Dallas/Fort Worth communities preferred.
• Skills: Strong communications, problem solving, organization, and data-tracking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus family engagement events and annual calendars with school leadership.
• Facilitate family engagement and retention activities, including Parent Nights and newsletters.
• Support enrollment, PAC meetings, and on-campus tours with the Recruitment team.
• Coordinate parent volunteer programs (VIP) and manage campus communications (Parentlink, emails, texts).
• Monitor family feedback, conduct regular check-ins, and analyze withdrawal trends.
