Job summary

Uplift Education seeks an Operations Director in Dallas to lead non-instructional campus operations, ensuring safety, facilities, attendance reporting, purchasing, and carline run smoothly. You will partner with Academic Directors and supervise the campus operations team to deliver world‑class support to families and staff.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of operations or office management experience in a K-12 setting, with strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, business, or office management, preferably in a K-12 charter or educational setting.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and implementing systems to support operations.
• Familiarity with state and federal compliance requirements for K-12 education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and directly oversees non-instructional support on campus, including daily attendance/state reporting, facilities maintenance, safety, purchasing, and reception coverage.
• Develops and coordinates campus daily morning and afternoon car line.
• Acts as liaison between the campus and non-instructional departments at the CMO.
• Coordinates with Academic Director to tailor operations to instructional priorities.
• Manages Operations team: hiring, training, evaluation, and support.
