AO is seeking a Facilities Team Member to support campus and offsite facilities, ensuring minimal disruption to AO employees. You will organize, schedule, and complete tasks under Facilities leadership while upholding company policies and standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining supplies, assisting with setup and moves, basic building maintenance, and coordinating with vendors. The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and a focus on presenting a well-maintained environment.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to accomplish minor assembly or repairs to AO equipment or facilities.

• Maintain sundry and office supply stock campus wide.
• Stocking and ordering of supplies.
• Assist with set-up/tear down of workstations and employee moves.
• Light building interior and exterior maintenance and equipment upkeep.
• Coordinate with third party vendors.
• Light interior and exterior cleaning to keep campus presentable between custodial visits.
• Run errands for firm leadership and staff, including to local government agencies.
• Prepare architectural presentation materials as needed.
