Job summary

Architects Orange LLP is seeking a Facilities Team Member to help care for AO's campus and offsite facilities, ensuring a productive environment with minimal disruption.

Responsibilities include stocking supplies, coordinating with vendors, assisting with move/ setup of workstations, minor maintenance, and maintaining access control across campus. The role emphasizes strong customer service and teamwork to support AO employees.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of business operations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sundry and office supply stock levels campus wide.
• Stock and order supplies.
• Assist with setup/tear down of workstations and moves.
• Light building maintenance (interior and exterior) and equipment upkeep.
• Coordinate with third party vendors.
• Light interior and exterior cleaning to keep campus presentable between custodial visits.
• Run errands for firm leadership and staff.
• Prepare architectural presentation materials as needed.
• Maintain access control across campus.
• Other duties as needed.
