Job summary

AO - Architects Orange is seeking a Facilities Team Member to help maintain our campus and offsite facilities. You will support the Facilities leadership by organizing tasks, stocking supplies, coordinating with vendors, and preparing spaces for staff moves and events.

Responsibilities include light maintenance, cleaning between custodial visits, and ensuring access control across campus. Strong customer service and multitasking abilities are essential to keep the environment distraction-free

Qualifications

• General knowledge of business operations.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan tasks.
• Excellent customer service and communication with staff concerning job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining sundry and office supply stock levels campus wide.
• To include stocking and ordering of supplies
• Assist with set-up/tear down of workstations and employee moves
• Light building(interior and exterior) and equipment maintenance
• Coordination with third party vendors
• Light interior and exterior cleaning ensuring that in between Custodial Crews visits that the campus is presentable
• Errands to various local government agencies
• Food pick Up
• Preparation of Architectural presentation materials which may include
• Using various cutting, shaping or sanding tools to prepare materials for a presentation board
• Maintaining access control across campus
• Other duties as needed
