Job summary

EMCOR Group, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking an Associate Facilities Manager to support day-to-day operation, maintenance, and reliability of campus-wide building systems.

You will coordinate maintenance activities, oversee vendor services, and assist with facility improvement projects to ensure safe and efficient operations across office, lab, and support spaces. The role requires strong technical knowledge, clear communication, and the ability to respond quickly to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Facilities Management or engineering technology.
• Experience with laboratory or healthcare facilities.
• Familiarity with BAS and EMS systems.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Strong maintenance and contractor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance for building systems.
• Manage vendor contracts and service performance.
• Oversee campus operations and repair projects.
• Monitor BAS, EMS, and alarm systems across campus.
• Coordinate emergency response and incident management.
• Communicate schedules and updates to stakeholders.
