• Experience in facilities or maintenance management, ideally in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and safety systems.
• Strong health and safety compliance background.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in reporting, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Experience with SchoolDude or other CMMS and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Bachelor’s or vocational degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance, repair, and upkeep of campus facilities.
• Supervise and train a team of four maintenance staff.
• Manage preventive maintenance, work orders, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Develop procedures for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Coordinate repair work and supervise outside contractors.
• Inspect facilities and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor inventory and control maintenance expenses.
• Support operations through snow removal, event setup, and security as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations, and standards.
