Job summary

Achievers Early College Prep is seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Manager to oversee AECP facilities and business functions across multi-use sites. The role coordinates with vendors, maintains boiler systems, and ensures safety and efficient daily operations.

The incumbent will manage logs, inspections, and maintenance schedules, while attending evening events and maintaining a high standard of facility upkeep across campus sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of facilities maintenance/operations experience at industrial or commercial site or related field.
• Boiler Operator Certification is preferred or willingness to obtain within a reasonable time after hire.
• Be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Attend all evening meetings and events as assigned (PT conferences, Back to School Night, etc.).
• Coordinate site visits with contractors and follow up tasks.
• Maintain boilers, boilers logs, and related safety equipment; ensure systems are in good working order daily.
• Maintain and organize maintenance supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Oversee building inspections and ensure safety and compliance across sites.
