Job summary

MaST Schools is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist to maintain facilities, renovations, and equipment across MaST campuses at Byberry, Lawncrest, Tacony, and Crown locations in Philadelphia, PA. The role requires leadership, multi-trade skills, and the ability to work unsupervised.

The position is full-time with potential for part-time work if the candidate can perform. Reports to the Head of Facilities; salary ranges from $45,000 to $70,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in project management.
• Must have prior work experience with HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, and Carpentry.
• Must exhibit leadership and ability to work with others.
• Must be able to read/write directions and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical outlets, equipment, furniture, and fixtures for MaST projects.
• Perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting work for renovations.
• Assist in installing technology hardware and running wiring for projects.
• Address day-to-day maintenance needs reported by staff and tenants.
