Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Workplace Solutions Manager to lead day-to-day campus facilities services on the Solon campus, coordinating provider performance, space planning, and safety standards. This on-site role partners with stakeholders to deliver a seamless employee experience.

You will manage service providers, participate in audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across Workplace Solutions and Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of related professional experience.
• 7+ years in delivering Facilities Management and/or critical service delivery operations.
• Experience managing third‑party service providers and engaging senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of employee experience service providers (Customer Service, Catering, Dining Center, Pantry).
• Maintain high standards of customer service and employee experience on the campus.
• Own day-to-day service delivery in line with established service levels.
• Resolve performance and quality issues, escalating when needed.
• Lead regular performance reviews with service providers and Procurement partners.
• Manage local facilities service teams for large campus events and employee experience.
• Strategize with department leads on current and future space needs.
• Maintain floorplans and seating data; manage moves/adds/changes.
• Prepare annual forecasts and budgets with service providers.
