Nestlé USA in Solon, Ohio, is seeking a Workplace Solutions Manager to lead daily facilities services, manage service providers, and support campus technology and initiatives. The role focuses on delivering a seamless employee and visitor experience on-site.

Responsibilities include coordinating campus services, ensuring service levels, and collaborating with Procurement, Finance, and Design teams. A strong background in facilities operations and stakeholder management is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree plus at least 10 years of facilities management experience.
• 7+ years delivering facilities or critical service delivery operations.
• Experience managing third-party service providers.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of employee experience service providers including Customer Service, Catering, Dining Center and Pantry operations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, appearance, and employee experience on the campus.
• Own day-to-day service delivery in line with service levels.
• Address performance and quality issues and escalate when needed.
• Participate in regular performance reviews with providers and Procurement Business Partners.
• Support local service contracts on inventory, pricing, invoicing, and reporting with finance contacts.
• Lead local facilities service teams for large campus events and daily operations.
• Plan space needs with department leads and manage floorplans/seating.
