Job summary

Nestlé USA in Solon, Ohio, is seeking a Technical Lead to guide complex product, packaging, and process development initiatives. You will partner with Marketing and factory teams to translate consumer insights into project pipelines and to drive innovation, renovation, and efficiency across manufacturing and external partners.

The role emphasizes coaching others, maintaining compliance with Nutritional, Sustainability, and Packaging standards, and advancing technical skills within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Preference in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Packaging Science, Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Position requires approximately 25-50% travel.
• Prefer minimum 5 years of product/packaging/process development experience in CPG or related field in factory environment or equivalent supply industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects including technical assistance, sourcing, quality improvements, compliance, and productivity cost savings.
• Provide coaching & mentorship to others to facilitate personal professional development.
• Develop expertise for product/packaging/process mastership within TAG and define training materials.
