Responsibilities

Greet faculty, staff, students, and visitors, in person, electronically, by telephone, or mail.
Investigate and respond to issues of concern using university policies and procedures; provide guidance and timely solutions.
Process orders and registrations, create ID cards, and share campus logistics information (navigation, transportation, parking, access).
Promote and market products, projects, programs, and services to meet customer needs.
Handle on-site and e-commerce ticketing and sales; verify eligibility and process payments and refunds.
Provide feedback on product and service improvements to meet changing needs.
Operate POS and other systems to expedite purchases, research information, and record data.
Maintain manuals, documents, knowledge base articles, and records.
Assist with various financial transactions and inventory as needed.
May supervise staff, including hiring and performance management.
