Responsibilities

• Greet faculty, staff, students, and visitors; assist in person, electronically, by telephone, or mail.
• Investigate issues using university policies; provide guidance and timely solutions; escalates as required.
• Process orders and registrations, issue tickets, ID cards, and facility access; handle payments and refunds where needed.
• Promote university programs and services; provide on-site customer support for housing, dining, transportation, facilities, athletics, etc.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and maintain records; assist with inventories and data entry.
