Associated Students Inc., Stockton Campus is seeking an ASI Stockton Campus Events Student Coordinator to plan and execute student engagement events and programs at the Stockton Campus. You will lead DIY activities, caricature events, and seasonal programs, collaborate on promotional efforts, and help mobilize the Warrior Discounter Program.

The role involves working with Code Red Entertainment, managing budgets, and coordinating with university units to ensure successful events.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled CSU Stanislaus student with minimum 2.0 GPA.
• Must be available Mondays 3pm–5pm.
• Must be available Wednesdays 3:30pm–7:30pm.
• Average of 15–20 flexible hours per week.
• May work some weekends.
• Must have a valid CA Driver's License and access to a vehicle in safe condition.

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing and implementing ASI goals, objectives, policies, and programs.
• Research and implement creative activities, programs, and events on the Stockton Campus.
• Develop marketing and promotion strategies and coordinate with units for promotional events.
• Monitor ASI/SC programming budgets and expenditures.
• Prepare paperwork for programming events before deadlines.
• Assist in setting up equipment and supplies for programs.
• Maintain and organize all event programming files.
• Support Warrior Discounter Program activities (vendor recruitment, marketing requests, website maintenance).
• Collect data on events for assessments.
• Attend weekly Code Red Entertainment and staff meetings.
• Provide guidance to Code Red Entertainment volunteers.
• Handle off-site purchasing of materials for programs.
• Take on other duties as assigned.
