Job summary

High Point University is seeking a full-time University Scheduler to manage the university-wide event reservation system and requests. The role works closely with academic and administrative units to ensure proper facility usage.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of related experience, with preferred experience in 25Live scheduling software for large-scale facility reservations. This role supports numerous campus events and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum two years of related experience or five years in a related capacity.
• Preferred experience with scheduling software (25Live) and/or facility reservations on a large scale.

Responsibilities

• Schedule university spaces for non-academic events.
• Collaborate with IT and Registrar to ensure data accuracy in 25Live.
• Generate utilization reports and space audits as needed.
• Handle invoicing, budgets, and vendor contracts.
• Conduct 25Live training for faculty, staff, and students.
• Assist with major university-wide events (Commencement, Convocation, Alumni weekends).
