Job summary

The Pingry School is seeking an Auxiliary Programs Rentals Coordinator to lead facility rentals across three campuses. The role focuses on growing partnerships, managing contracts, insurance, and invoicing while aligning with Pingry’s mission and community values.

As a full-time, salaried position, it requires evening and weekend commitments and close collaboration with the Associate Director of Auxiliary Programs and the Director of Summer Programs to coordinate schedules and coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in contract management, invoicing workflows, and financial compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to build meaningful, professional relationships with a broad range of constituents.

Responsibilities

• Identify and vet external organizations and vendors to build a robust pipeline of premium rental partners.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for external rental organizations, ensuring high-quality customer service.
• Develop revenue strategies to maximize asset utilization during summer and off-peak periods.
• Identify, pursue, and close new avenues for revenue by scouting market opportunities.
