Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of event planning or project management experience.
• 1+ year of campus recruiting or sourcing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-campus and virtual event strategies for a portfolio of partner schools.
• Travel 30–35% during peak campus recruiting seasons (Sept–Nov and Mar–Apr).
• Provide exceptional candidate experiences while maintaining Capital One brand and risk controls.
• Develop training materials for executives and partners traveling to campus events.
• Manage school budgets, logistics, and candidate tracking data.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between Students & Grads and lines of business.
• Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Measure event ROI and present findings to stakeholders.
