Job summary

Brightway Insurance is seeking a Campus Recruiter Coordinator to build and maintain partnerships with universities and drive early-career engagement. You’ll plan and execute campus events, coordinate with recruiters and faculty, and help craft campus branding and recruitment content.

In this role, you’ll manage event logistics, track outcomes, and support budget and travel planning. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in related roles are expected; travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in event coordination, university relations, recruiting support, or a related HR or talent function.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent event planning and project management skills; comfortable with data and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms.
• Willingness and ability to travel to campus events (up to 30%).

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain relationships with campus career centers, faculty, and student organizations.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute campus recruiting events (career fairs, information sessions, networking events, case competitions, sponsorships, campus visits).
• Manage logistics end-to-end for events and brief internal attendees to ensure consistent representation.
• Support employer branding efforts and student-facing content for campus audiences.
• Track attendance, pipeline contributions by school, and engagement trends; report findings.
• Manage campus recruiting budget including travel and sponsorship costs; support other TA/HR projects.
