Capital One is seeking an enthusiastic Principal Coordinator to support the planning, logistics and execution of Students & Grads University Events in McLean, VA. You will partner with University Leads and recruiters to deliver a seamless candidate experience across the full journey.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration and attention to detail, with up to 50% travel during peak season. This is a full-time, on-site position based in McLean, Virginia.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in corporate event planning or project management.
• At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional candidate experiences at virtual and on-campus events.
• Coordinate planning, logistics and execution with University Leads.
• Communicate details clearly to team via written and verbal channels.
• Travel up to 25-50% during peak season to support in-person events.
