Responsibilities

Manage, execute, and own on-campus and virtual event strategies for a dedicated portfolio of partner schools to engage students and guide them through the recruiting funnel. Travel up to 30–35% during peak campus recruiting seasons (specifically September–November and March–April), typically spending 2 to 3 days per week on the road for up to 14 weeks per year. Provide an exceptional candidate and associate/client experience across all hosted events while protecting company brand, reputation, and risk mitigation. Develop and deliver training materials to prepare executives, business partners, and associates traveling to campus representations. Manage allocated school budgets, oversee logistics, and maintain precise candidate tracking data. Utilize strong project management skills to set timelines, manage cross-functional deadlines, and drive cross-functional alignment between Students & Grads and lines of business. Build, manage, and nurture collaborative relationships across key stakeholder groups internally and externally. Measure and track event success, analyze return on investment (ROI), and present key findings to high-level stakeholders and business partners.

McLean, VA: $81,700 - $93,300 for Recruiter Richmond, VA: $74,200 - $84,700 for Recruiter Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
