LAZ Parking is seeking Event Staff for Mansfield, CT to greet customers and manage parking transactions with courtesy and professionalism. The role requires handling cash/credit, answering inquiries, and coordinating with supervisors to ensure smooth operations across locations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and comprehend English.
• Ability to work at multiple facility locations.
• Capable of working in an unsupervised setting.
• Able to handle challenging and at times emotionally charged situations.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet each customer with courtesy and great customer service.
• Collect the parking fees and provide correct change.
• Understand and know how to handle different types of parkers (tenants, visitors, employees, administration).
• Understand surroundings and building area to answer questions.
• Complete the daily report and communicate with management.
• Answer customer service questions regarding parking in a courteous, professional manner.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness.
• Field additional duties if assigned.
