Responsibilities

• Greet attendees by name, respond promptly, and build rapport.
• Assist guests in lobbies and parking areas; direct traffic.
• Set up event spaces and handle lifting of equipment.
• Guide customers into facilities, creating smooth entrances and exits.
• Foster premier customer service with a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Process monthly and debit payments and credit card transactions.
• Work with or without supervision.
• Assist with cashiering as needed.
• Report malfunctioning parking equipment to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
