• Issue citations in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Use handheld computer for daily information.
• Screen for placards and permits for privileges.
• Resolve customer complaints per policies.
• Maintain company equipment.
• Assist with special assignments and projects.
• Other related duties as assigned.
